Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder is one of the stars who has contributed to a massive new charity album being released this month.
Live From Nowhere Near You, Volume II is a 3-CD compilation raising money for Oregon-based homeless charity Outside In. Also appearing on the album will be Queens Of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme and The Stroke’s Julian Casablancas and Fab Moretti, who have teamed up with Eddie Vedder for a version of Marvin Gaye’s Mercy Mercy Me.
Ryan Adams also features on the album.
Outside In was established in 1968, with a mission to help homeless youth and other marginalized people move towards improved health and self-sufficiency.
The album is set for release on July 19 in the US. Find out more here.
